This program fulfils the educational requirements to apply for a Class 1 Real Estate Licence. Upon completion of the CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management), you will be eligible to apply to become a Licensee in Charge, allowing you to operate your own agency, supervise other agents, and take full responsibility for agency management and compliance.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be issued a qualification known as the CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management)
Why should I complete this program?
Successful completion of CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) program will satisfy the educational requirements to apply for a Class 1 licence with Access Canberra.
Once you have successfully completed your program, you can own and operate your own real estate agency and act as Licensee in Charge (LIC).
Does this program have formal entry requirements?
There are no formal entry requirements for this program.
However, prior to commencing the course you will be required to complete an LLND (Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Literacy) assessment.
You will also be required to provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI) number. If you do not currently have one, you will be able to register at usi.gov.au.
